The Park Hyatt St. Kitts opened late last year, and I’ve been wanting to plan a trip there. It’s a Category 7 World of Hyatt property, which is Hyatt’s highest category.
If you’re redeeming World of Hyatt points here, that means you’d pay either 30,000 points for a free night, or 15,000 points plus $300 for a Points + Cash booking (which is capacity controlled).
Depending on the time of year you’re booking, this may represent a good deal compared to the paid rate. For example, in late December paid rates here are over $1,000 per night (actually over $1,300 once you include taxes and service charges), so redeeming 30,000 World of Hyatt points, which I value at ~$450, is a relative bargain.
