At the beginning of the month I wrote about a promotion being offered by The Hyatt Credit Card. Specifically, the card is offering a $30 statement credit when you cumulatively spend $300 on purchases at grocery stores and/or drug stores in the US between February 1 and February 28, 2018 using the card. Cardmembers must register for the promotion and then spend the $300 in order to receive the credit. The statement credit should post within six to eight weeks of completing the eligible spend. Any combination of eligible spend over the period qualifies.
I’m writing about this again because the promotion ends on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, so you have until tomorrow to make any last minute grocery store or drug store purchases. I’m sure I’m not alone in often registering for these promotions and then forgetting to actually complete the spend requirement. I completed about $250 in qualifying spend so far this month, so today or tomorrow I’m going to spend that last $50. Worst case scenario I’ll buy a gift card for the remaining amount, which should still trigger the bonus.
